Dr. Aditya Arya has inherited dynamism and determination from his father late Shri Devdutt Arya and the piousness of character and dedication to his family from his mother late Smt. Vimla Arya.
Imbibed with values Dr. Aditya Arya leads a life built on the pillars of simplicity, humbleness approach , and his social contribution with his deep belief and his love for culture , traditions , religion and human kind makes him a great personality.He more often surprises with his vast knowledge and record keeping of events and dates.He is Masters in Political Science from DAV College , Dehradun and later ventured into the most sensitive untouched subject of terrorism effected migrants of Jammu & Kashmir. This became the subject of his doctorate. His thesis was widely appreciated by personalities like Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat the Vice President of India and Smt. Sushma Swaraj among others. His another book a sequel to the same topic also received rave reviews and accolade.
Dr. Arya is a business tycoon with interest in herbal medicines. He is successfully running a reputed Ayurvedic firms – ‘Arya Vastu Bhandar, started by his father late shri Dev Dutt Arya ji in 1940. He has been honoured by some social organizations with special awards; Uttarakhand Ratan, Udyog Ratan , Nagrik Abhinandan, Gem of India and Shan-E-Uttarakhand. On 6th December 2014 he was conferred upon ICOI Pride of Uttarakhand Award as an Educationist & Social worker by His Excellency Dr. Aziz Qureshi Honourable Governor of Uttarakhand, India.
